HealthTrust Team Participates in Concord Hospital’s 23rd Annual Rock‘N Race

HealthTrust employees — with their spouses, partners, children, friends, and family members — joined the 23rd Annual Rock‘N Race hosted by Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care on May 7 in downtown Concord, New Hampshire.

This is the second year HealthTrust has participated in the annual event, which raises funds for programs and services available to cancer patients and their families at the HOPE Resource Center located at Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care. In 2024, a group of 15 wore teal T-shirts with “Team HealthTrust” on the back and supported this great cause. This year, the T-shirts were maroon and 12 from the HealthTrust community participated.

“I love the vibe of the event! Last year they had more than 2,000 people participating and there was live music as you walk or run around the course,” said Allison Blodgett, Human Resources Coordinator. “And it’s all for a good cause: helping a local cancer center that has helped so many people, including former employees and family members of employees.”

Suzy Easterling-Wood, Compliance, Risk & Control Officer at HealthTrust, has participated in Rock‘N Race for years. “HealthTrust is committed to supporting community efforts and I was proud to be a part of the HealthTrust team in raising awareness and funds for Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care,” she said. “It’s awesome working for a company that contributes to the community and supports its employees in doing so.”
