RECRUITMENT FOR: ANCILLARY SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
HealthTrust seeks an enthusiastic, service-oriented team player to effectively process, investigate and adjudicate Short-Term Disability claims. This position is also responsible for resolving complex inquiries from Members and participants with a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) as well as processing enrollment, payroll, and other duties related to FSA and HRA administration. Qualifications: Possession of an Associate’s degree is preferred, ideally with course work in information processing, mathematics, insurance, or a similar field. Prior work experience of at least two years in a responsible customer service position handling complex, escalated inquiries, preferably in the field of health insurance, enrollment or claims processing, or information processing is required. The position requires a high level of initiative, critical thinking, and organizational abilities. The ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, in particular Word, Outlook, and Excel is also required. In lieu of the above, any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the above referenced knowledge, abilities, and skills may be considered at the discretion of HealthTrust.
