Enrollees: To access features within the HealthTrust secure portal, you must have a HealthTrust account. You qualify for a HealthTrust account if you are an enrollee, spouse or dependent child age 18 or older, with HealthTrust medical coverage.
Please note: Having HealthTrust medical coverage is not the same as having an online account. If you have HealthTrust medical coverage and do not yet have a secure online account, click the New User button below.
Member Group Administrators: To access features within the HealthTrust Secure Member Portal, you must have a HealthTrust account. You qualify for a HealthTrust account if you are a benefits administrator with a Group that offers HealthTrust coverage.
If you do not have a password, you may call HealthTrust Enrollee Services at 800.527.5001 to request access to the Secure Member Portal.
