Webinar: ACA - IRS Small Employer Reporting

Over the last several months Congress has considered many changes to the current Affordable Care Act (ACA), however to date none of the changes have been passed into law. Therefore, the ACA IRS Reporting requirements remain virtually unchanged with reporting for calendar year 2018 due in early 2019.

All HealthTrust medical groups are required to report to the IRS and each employee enrolled in the employer’s group medical plan about their coverage for the 2018 calendar year.

As part of our Eye on Healthcare Reform series, HealthTrust is again offering seminars focused exclusively on IRS reporting to help Member Groups prepare for CY2018 reporting. Member Groups with fewer than 50 full-time employees or equivalents for IRS reporting purposes will have an opportunity to attend a webinar to learn the specific requirements for Small Employers.
