Enrollee Services Representative - Receptionist

RECRUITMENT FOR: Enrollee Services Representative - Receptionist

HealthTrust seeks a service-oriented, detail-focused team player. As the receptionist, you will create a welcoming and professional reception area by maintaining an orderly and attractive workspace and upholding the highest standards for customer service with visitors. Additionally, your sharp administrative skills will be applied to performing various additional service and administrative duties for the organization. This highly responsible, on-site position requires enthusiasm and ability to independently complete a variety of administrative work.

Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED is required plus at least two years of prior administrative experience of an increasingly responsible nature plus at least one year experience in reception or secretarial service, or an Associate’s degree in secretarial science, business, or public administration. In lieu of the above, any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the above knowledge, abilities, and skills may be considered at the discretion of HealthTrust.
