Enrollee Services Representative (Call Center Representative)

HealthTrust seeks an enthusiastic, service-oriented team player to effectively resolve complex inquiries from Members, individual enrollees and retirees related to enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims, and billing services offered by HealthTrust. This is a highly responsible call center and email customer service position which requires detailed knowledge of:

The Enrollee Services Representative develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the organization and with partners to ensure requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. The ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally is essential. Expertise in Microsoft Office products, in particular Word and Excel is also required.

Qualifications:  Possession of an Associate’s degree is preferred, ideally with course work in information processing, insurance, or a similar field. Prior work experience of at least two years in a responsible customer service position handling complex, escalated inquiries, preferably in the field of health insurance, enrollment or claims processing, or information processing is required. The position requires a high level of initiative, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.

In lieu of the above, any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the above referenced knowledge, abilities, and skills may be considered at the discretion of HealthTrust.
